Senior accountant

We are currently looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team.
The main responsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
- Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
- Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
- Participate in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
- Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
- Guide other Accountants when needed.
- Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentation
- Participation in ERP system implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance qualification (MBA is an advantage)
- Certification of ACCA (F7 or DipIFR) , CFA, CIMA is a big advantage
- Min 5 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting, 2 years in a senior position (Work experience in big audit companies is an advantage)
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel
- Working experience with accounting or ERP software
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working conditions:
- Employment agreement in accordance with the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan
- Job Location: Heydar Aliyev International Airport
- Work schedule: Full time, 5 days per week, 2 Days off
- Salary – 4000 net
- Availability of service transportation from the metro station.
