The world-renowned brand, in Baku, HYATT Regency has a surprise for those celebrating the Holy Easter.
The restaurant Mezzo, located at the HYATT Regency hotel will hold an Easter brunch on April 1.
The brunch will last from 12:00 to 16:00, Mezzo informed FED.az.
The price for the buffet is AZN 59 per person. The buffet includes a spread of Easter delights, international dishes, grills and salads.
The prices include:
Cold canapés
Duck rillet in jar, toasted bread, smoked salmon roll, cheese cream, dill, goat cheese, poached pear, red wine sauce, chicken liver pate, tomato bruschetta, feta cheese, basil reduction sauce.
Salad Station
Mix lettuce, Iceberg, cherry tomato, cucumber, shaved parmesan, corn, carrot shredded, white cheese, green olives, black olives capers, sliver onion, pickles, sun dried tomato, marinated artichokes, croutons, lemon honey dressing, balsamic dressing, French dressing, pesto, caesar dressing, olive oil bottle, balsamic bottle.
Assorted cold cuts
Assorted cheese, onion chutney, tomato chutney, orange marmalade, orecchiette and Gorgonzola cheese salad, mixed leaves, tomato, citrus dressing, shredded chicken and sundried tomato salad, marinated tuna salad, boiled potato, French beans, olives.
Condiments
Dijon mustard, grain mustard, sweet chili sauce, HP sauce, BBQ sauce, Tobacco sauce, ketchup, cocktail sauce.
Hot dishes
Grilled lamb chops, thyme jus, Duck a la Orange, orange sauce carving, slow roasted beef, sage and butter carving, Pan Seared hummour fish, Milanese tomato sauce, cotoletta, bread crusted chicken breast, mushroom sauce.

Soft drinks, tea and coffee are also included in the prices. Special beverage package will be available upon request - 20 AZN per person (unlimited local wine and beer).
