The Azerbaijani insurance sector has suffered a great loss.
The Director of "Status" Insurance Broker, Oksana Marinchenko, passed away on January 4, 2025, after a prolonged illness.
Oksana Marinchenko has had over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. During this time, she held leadership positions such as Director of the Corporate Sales Department, Head of the Underwriting and Reinsurance Department and other key roles in the leading insurance Companies of Azerbaijan.
In 1999, Oksana Marinchenko graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics at the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. She also held a Diploma in Insurance (DIP CII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute in London and several international certifications, confirming her expertise in sectors such as energy, banking risks, coverage in respect of natural disasters, risk management etc.
Oksana Marinchenko will always be remembered by the loved ones as a positive, kind, professional and responsible person.
