Turan Legal and Tax Services LLC is a fast growing legal and tax consulting company (B2B) which unifies the experienced and professional team of lawyers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
• Receiving/sending and sorting daily letters/mail.
• Greeting and welcoming guests at the door.
• Maintains the diary, arrange appointments, meetings and travel as directed by Senior staff.
• Scanning/copying documents for staff.
• Archiving folders.
• General day-to-day administrative tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven work experience as Receptionist, Front Office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience with office equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Receiving/sending and sorting daily letters/mail.
• Customer service attitude.
• University degree.
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
Salary will be determined upon the candidate’s education, experience, and professional qualities.
