Role Description: The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, monitoring cash flow, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
- Lead and enhance finance team capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Financial planning, cash flow management, and financial reporting skills
- Financial data analysis and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Experience with budget management and forecasting
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
Conditions:
- Compensation 4500- 5000 AZN (Net) per month, (Based on candidate’s maturity salary could be revised)
- Medical insurance by Pasha Sigorta.
- Standard work schedule – 5 working days, vacation and public holidays as per Az.legislation.
