Location: Shusha (“Qarabağ” and “Xarı Bülbül” Hotels)
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle check-in and check-out processes while greeting guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Provide detailed information about hotel services, promotions, room types, and special discounts.
- Manage the reservation system, update guest information, and allocate rooms effectively.
- Answer phone calls and coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Prepare daily reports, manage cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and compliance at all times.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English languages.
- Strong communication skills with a guest-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS and Electra PMS).

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
