Health and Industrial Hygiene Supervisor

Summary:
- Support provision to SDM Health and Industrial Hygiene team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that optimum support to Health and Industrial Hygiene management is provided;
- Keeping and preparing of accurate medical records;
- Assure 24-hours administrative support to the medical crew;
- Carry out routine health checks;
- Keeping records of medicines and medical equipment;
- Overseeing biological monitoring programs;
- Assessing and analyzing research data, summarizing statistics, and compiling the necessary reports;
- Proposing and leading the implementation of programs to protect employee health and implementing ergonomics;
- Conduct regular audits and inspections;
- Supporting of employee awareness of occupational health and safety concerns, programs, and regulations by conducting training and presentations;
- Implementing corrective actions and suspending operations if required;
- Maintaining current knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation;
- Comparing existing site Health and Industrial standards with local and international standards;
- Collecting medical and industrial hygiene data for regular analyzing.
Requirements:
- Degree in medicine;
- Minimum 2 years of experience of relevant position;
- Minimum 3 years experience in Oil and Gas;
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification is a plus;
- Fluent English language skills;
- Microsoft Office knowledge;
- Proficient organizational skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks;
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.

Cost Control Senior Specialist

Summary:
Organize, monitor and control project costs and will define project needs for cost control in accordance with contractual requirements, objectives, and Company procedures.
Responsibilities:
- To review/analyze Contractors Cost report. Be able to discuss VOWD issues with Contractors;
- Proper checking all MACs – Milestone Achievement Certificates and align with the relevant Departments about achievement of the milestones;
- Checking AOA’s – (Act of Acceptances) amounts & terms of condition are they align with the Contract;
- To be aware with the Lump Sum, Reimbursable & Measurable Contract types;
- Full responsible to control submitted AOA’s Progress – align with Project Manager & QS department. Ensure all the documentation/backups are in place;
- Full responsible to control all Materials related AOAs - with POs (Purchase Orders) - amount, milestones, payment terms and conditions, documentation. Also need to align with the relevant departments to ensure all milestones are achieved;
- Align with Procurement Team on milestones achievement and materials delivery;
- Align with Logistics & Material Team on Transportation, stock in issues;
- Checking the daily timesheets, F form’s accuracy and correctness of all provided backups documents;
- Closely working with PMC & Contractors and checking calculation of the AOAs amount and tracking cumulative one;
- Checking labor services with approved MPP (Man Power Plan) - man/hours allowance, contractual rate;
- Checking of reimbursed expenses (Service fees, hotel, daily expenses, transportation, air tickets);
- Track and monitor all the way of AOA’s turnover to proceed with the payment. Align with Finance team;
- To be ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded;
- To issue approved AOAs and MACs to the relevant Contract Team with Formal Letter;
- Coordinate and work with the Project Management Team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work;
- Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT and the Contractors;
- Issue Cost Report to the Cost Control Manager’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget;
- To prepare Forecast Report, if required;
- To maintain AOA register & distribute on a weekly basis;
- To Check PARs (Personnel Authorization Request) & maintain register;
- To closely work with Contract team on issuance of CNs – Change Orders and to track it;
- To prepare and provide necessary information on bidding process, if necessary;
- Reconciliation of budget total/periodical contract expenditures vs realized.
Requirements:
- Degree and / or qualification in relevant field;
- Minimum 5 years experience in Cost sphere;
- Experience in Oil & Gas sector preferable;
- Fluent English language skills;
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
