Summary:
Contract specialist is a professional who writes, negotiates, and finalizes an organization's contracts with external parties.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, preparation, coordination and administration of any Contracts Department related documentation (contracts, letters, changes, acts of acceptances etc.);
- Planning, execution and management (ensuring that contractual obligations are met on time and as per contract terms and conditions, execution of contract amendments and changes, coordination of works with Contractors, etc.) of signed contracts;
- Execution of contract management activities for all phases of the works (execution, reporting, cost control, invoicing, close out, etc);
- Negotiations of contractual and commercial terms with potential Contractors;
- Claims avoidance/management and participation in claims settlement processes;
- Evaluation and management of change and claim issues and submission of contractual and/or commercial recommendation to Contracts Department Management for approval or rejection;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Economics, Marketing, Business administration, International Relations and/or in similar spheres;
- Minimum 3 years work experience in similar roles;
- Experience in the management of Procurement and Construction Contracts is an advantage;
- Experience in Oil-gas sector is an advantage;
Any other specific requirements:
- Microsoft Office knowledge;
- Fluent Azerbaijani and English language skills;
- Knowledge of change and claims management is an advantage;
- Project management experience with special projects;
- Experience managing contract volumes and contract flow;
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills;
- Ability to analyze situations, identify problems and recommend solutions.

Procurement specialist

Summary:
Procurement specialist is in charge of managing the full procurement cycle, establish tenders and achieve the best value, to follow Supply Chain procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of processes and procedures and communicate to relevant procurement personnel;
- Monitor the Bidding process in compliance with existing procurement procedures, complete tender documents, and bid summary;
- Assist in managing SAP Material Master (MM) Applications for relevant warehouses, locations for maintenance of accurate purchase data;
- Coordinate negotiations, contract development, contract implementation, and supplier contract compliance process;
- To participate and control all stages of the tender process;
- To create Request for Proposal for the acquisition of materials and services in order to get the proposals from the suppliers;
- To prepare commercial bid evaluation for management approval;
- To liaise with end-user department to get technical comments; incorporate technical notes into commercial bid evaluation and issue recommendation to purchase;
- To organize and attend meetings with suppliers;
- To attend bid openings and control preparation and signing of appropriate protocols;
- To place Purchase Orders on materials, equipment, and services;
- To do market research, select and purchase quality products and materials;
- To build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing;
- To prepare progress of requisitions and update management on status of orders;
- To record and properly archive all bidding documents;
- To carry out other instructions of management.
Requirements:
- Degree and / or qualification in Business Administration, Engineering (Automation/Electronics, Mechanics, Process engineering);
- Evidence of trainings and certifications in related field;
- Minimum 3 year experience, preferably in Oil & Gas Sector;
Any other specific requirements:
- Microsoft Office knowledge;
- Working experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP MM);
- Fluent Azerbaijani and English language skills;

Network Administrator

Summary:
- Support Company System infrastructure, Managing, troubleshooting, licensing, and updating hardware and software assets.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, install and maintain network devices and services including, but not limited to, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN appliances, servers, QoS, etc;
- Maximize/optimize network performance and ensure system availability and reliability by performing network maintenance and system upgrades including firmware updates and applying hot fixes;
- Develop, maintain, coordinate, and perform procedures and ensure operational tasks are performed reliably and consistently to reduce the risk of unplanned outages Perform WAN - IP Routed Network Integration;
- Evaluate new network hardware and software solutions; recommend improvements; propose and implement appropriate solutions for new business needs as they arise;
- Define, design, and implement network redundancy and disaster recovery solutions for hardware, software and configurations;
- Follow change management policies to ensure awareness /communication, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure;
- Assist in planning for the future growth of networks and provide budgetary information as needed
- Execute technology successfully by minimal downtime as well as disruption;
- Perform other related duties as assigned;
- Work with 3rd party technical teams to provide solutions for Company internetworking communications requirements.
Requirements:
- BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline;
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience in advanced troubleshooting and support in an enterprise environment, with at least 3 years of direct & relevant experience in multi-site network management;
- Advanced experience in configuration and management of firewall policies, IPSEC, ACL, routing, switching;
- Extensive knowledge of routing protocols, layer 2 protocols, TCP/IP, SSL, TLS and application layer protocols including HTTP, SSH, SSL, DNS, etc.;
- Experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices;
- Experience in managing network devices, routers, switches and firewall (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.);
- Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols;
- Fluent English language skills;
- Microsoft Office knowledge.

Software Engineer (Operation Technologies)

Summary:
It is to ensure that the development, commissioning and implementation activities of the Production Operations Management Software needs are carried out in an integrated structure and in accordance with the standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the development, implementation and continuity of products and/or services within the framework of Production and Operational needs by using Software Engineering techniques;
- Taking an active role in Operation Technologies system and integration processes, following the life cycle. Documentation of integration platform interface requirements, commissioning of related interfaces;
- Developing the reports required by the users of the refinery main business lines, such as Production, Maintenance, Process, Planning, HSE etc., which will consist of the consolidation of the data in the relevant systems, performing the activities of the process and updating them when necessary. In this framework, commissioning of the relevant reports in line with the demands of the Business Unit
- Creation, development and commissioning of mock-ups in Operation Technologies BI/BO visualizations;
- Creation, implementation and smooth commissioning of unit test scenarios for developments to be made within the scope of responsibility. Creation of user guides on developments made in a standard way;
- Supporting applications within the scope of responsibility and carrying out improvement activities, fulfilling life cycle actions;
- Realization of related new software projects, developments and related integration requirements within the scope of responsibility;
- Performing database systems activities (architectural design, modelling and development) within the area of responsibility;
- To act in accordance with the company's policies, mission, vision, corporate values, legal and other requirements as well as company ethical rules, policies, procedures, instructions, strategies and objectives; ensuring the adoption and dissemination of the relevant rules, policies and other requirements by the personnel in the positions under it; Informing the relevant units in case of any discrepancies observed within the company on these issues;
- To behave in accordance with the Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Culture, to comply with the rules of occupational health and safety, to notify the person in the senior position and the authorized personnel on OHS when a nonconformity is detected.
Requirements:
- Masters or Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Programming or a related discipline;
