Summary:
Maintains SAP records of the internal material movements, maintains commodity analysis, maintains stock-in, stock-out and write-offs of the operation and project materials, maintains inventory transaction processes to ensure inventory accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities:
- Key aspects of the role include the daily performing of SAP material movement transactions (Receipt, Issue, Transfer, Write Off) as required;
- Completing all stock-in / stock-out transactions with strict adherence to statutory and corporate requirements, including freight-in gross-up, availability of all backups, etc;
- Maintaining accuracy of the on-hand inventory count through periodic spot checks, investigations and resolving variances;
- Contributing to periodic and ad-hoc reporting internally and externally, e.g. monthly stock-in status reporting, quarterly SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete) material reporting, annual Material and Technical requirement reporting to SOCAR HQ, etc;
- For all projects, maintains continuous interface with EPC(M) materials personnel concerning matters of master data collection and verification;
- Verifying departmental requests towards intercompany material movements;
- Responding queries from procurement, warehouse, expediting, contracts, finance and/or project management personnel to ensure prevention of delays associated with each stage of the material in-take and processing.
Requirements:
- Degree and / or qualification in Business Administration or related field;
- Evidence of trainings and certifications in related field;
- Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in Oil & Gas Sector;
- Microsoft Office knowledge;
- Working experience of SAP ERP (MM Module, PM Module);
- Fluent Azerbaijani and English language skills;
- Technical knowledge and skills;
- Strategic thinking and analysis skills;
- Preferably driving license.

Expediting specialist

Summary:
Performs various duties to expedite parts, end items, supplies, and materials involved at the construction, installation, commissioning, shutdown, production, overhaul, repair, modification, check and test, and other related activities within project and operation at the refinery, its structures, components, assets, parts, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Key aspects of the role include planning, performing, and monitoring order details and shipping schedules;
- Provide continuous support to the control of Expediting and as required, Inspection activities for the assigned PO’s;
- Strive to continuously monitor contractual aspects and support multidisciplinary coordination of the Purchase Order, taking into account engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics activities;
- Monitor performance and progress in line with defined main phases of each order;
- Ensure that the notified inspections are timely performed and relevant report received in due time;
- Support OS&D Process in coordination with Warehousing team;
- Promptly communicate any problem/deviation to the direct manager;
- Develop the best strategy to implement corrective actions, minimizing the consequences;
- Maintain production and maintenance activities scheduled for ongoing projects, to plan expediting activities in a way to prevent delays that can affect delivery;
- Confirm the achievement of the PO milestones;
- Prepare ad hoc and routine expediting reports and escalate relevant highlights;
- Update databases in a timely manner and with full available data;
- Contribute information to the Freight Forwarding Forecast Summary;
- Follow up the final documentation and certification dossier;
Requirements:
