Job Overview:
- The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling administrative duties. The Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
- Provide basic information and answer general inquiries about the company.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Ensure security procedures are followed for visitors and staff.
- Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluent in Russian, Turkish and English.
