On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Director for a Floristry Business.
Job Description:
- We are looking for a creative and business-oriented Director to lead a premium floristry business. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage daily operations, finances, and marketing activities efficiently.
Conditions:
- Work Schedule: Full-time
- Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
- Salary: 5000 AZN (Net)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the florist team, ensuring a creative, professional, and productive work environment.
- Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and supplier relations; manage inventory and cost control.
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance; prepare monthly reports.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Strengthen the company’s brand image and represent it at PR events and presentations.
- Supervise event projects such as weddings, corporate events, and celebrations.
- Manage customer relations, ensuring high service quality and effective issue resolution.
- Identify and attract new corporate clients and business partners.
- Oversee daily operations, logistics, and quality control for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with designers to develop innovative floral arrangements and follow international trends.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of managerial experience in floristry or a related creative industry.
- Proven ability in team management, business organization, and strategic planning.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
- Experience in sales and marketing with a creative and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
