ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Our client is Azerbaijan-Swiss joint venture successfully working in the market more than 9 years. Company is exclusive importer and distributor of many International well-known Premium Brands. The company offers strategic operational solutions to produce practical results while working with the world’s leading brand owners. Currently, the company is concentrating on progression and looking for a confident and ambitious Key Account Manager who would join a Team with a unique outlook and wealth of experience.
AS A TEAM MEMBER OF AN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TEAM, YOU WOULD:
- Sales management;
- Participation in the development of KA sales plans and company budgets;
- Development of credit and commercial policy of the company;
- Development of the budget of the sales department;
- Development, approval of a motivational model for team;
- Organization of the work of the sales department (selection, training, control of personnel);
- Sales Representative/Merchandisers Routing;
- Negotiations with customers;
- Cooperation with the logistics department to ensure the required stocks of products, delivery of products to customers;
- Control over the preparation and implementation of trade marketing activities, control over the effectiveness and quality of ongoing trade marketing campaigns;
Achievement of planned indicators:
- sales volumes
- profitability
- accounts receivable
- Ability to manage and inspire a team of subordinates;
- Achievement of Expected/Required Results;
- Launching new products to the market;
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR YOUR SUCCESS:
- Having own car;
- Higher education;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages and English proficiency is an asset;
- Experience in an international company is an advantage;
- Work experience in the specialty or in related fields for at least 3 years;
- Good communication skills, leadership qualities, high organizational, managerial and analytical skills.
- A systematic approach to solving problems, understanding the principles of trade, marketing principles, knowledge of the product market;
- Control of sales and distribution, development of effective distribution, control over the development and implementation of sales plans, drawing up plans, the budget of the department, monitoring execution, optimization, compilation and reporting accepted in the company;
- Organization and holding of meetings, negotiations;
- Strategic vision, budget planning and management of accountable personnel;
- Result-oriented, active life position, ability to work both in a team and independently, high level of PC proficiency (MS Office, PowerPoint,1C);
- Knowledge of the principles of trade and marketing, knowledge of the product market, control of sales and distribution. Experience in the development and implementation of a business development strategy, the development of effective distribution, experience in the preparation of sales plans and the budget of the department, their control;
