We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Prepare and review invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial laws
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Collaborate with auditors, banks, and government authorities when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and local tax legislation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information responsibly
- Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian (fluent) and English (Minimum B2 level)
