Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Customer Satisfaction Coordinator to work directly under the supervision of the Executive Director. This role not only focuses on sales but also encompasses a range of additional responsibilities aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operation of various projects. You will be instrumental in organizing events, coordinating client meetings, and managing projects while supporting the Executive Director in achieving the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event & Project Management: Organize and manage events and various projects as directed by the Executive Director.
- Sales Coordination: Plan and coordinate client meetings to meet sales targets, including negotiating and finalizing contracts.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet company objectives.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Client Interaction: Identify customer needs, prepare proposals, and provide post-sales support to maintain strong client relationships.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to develop strategies for attracting new clients and enhancing service offerings.
- Reporting & Planning: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and project progress, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Additional Tasks: Assist the Executive Director with various tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Oil, Gas, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field is essential.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, client communication, and project management.
- Languages: Proficiency in Russian and English is required.
- Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Driver’s License: A driving license is preferred, with the option to use the company vehicle for meetings if necessary.
Offer:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00.
- Employment Terms: Official registration in accordance with labor laws.
- Salary Range: 1500-2500 AZN (gross) + performance bonuses.
