Əsas vəzifə öhdəlikləri:

Satış texnikasının professional üslublarından effektiv istifadə etmək;

Məhsul seçimində müştəriyə kömək etmək və çeşidləri təqdim etmək;

Bölmənin imicinin saxlanılması (təmizlik, səliqəlilik, reklam vərəqləri, vitrin və s.);
-
Səliqəli görünüşü təmin etmək (forma,gigeyena, və s.).

Müştəri bazasının genişləndirilməsində fəal iştirak etmək;
-
Uğurlu satış həyata keçirilməsi üçün bölmənin həmkarları ilə fəal əməkdaşlıq etmək, həmçinin müvafiq qaydada məlumat mübadiləsi aparmaq;

Mağazada və anbarda olan malların qiymətlərinin, ölçülərinin, miqdarının və s. məlumatları bilmək və müştərilərə dəqiq məlumat vermək;
İş şərtləri:

İş vaxtı: Növbəli qrafik əsasında 8 saatlıq iş rejimi (Nahar fasiləsi verilir)
-
İş günü: 6 günlük, həftədə 1gün istirahət

Şirkət tərəfindən Uniforma verilir

Əmək haqqı 400-500 AZN+satışdan bonuslar

Responsibilities:

Carries out sales analysis, identifies target segments of products;
-
Influence brand sales through the development and implementation of effective strategic marketing and branding plans;
-
Organizes presentation of products for potential customers, holding thematic seminars;
-
Develops the pricing policy of products, determines the terms of sale;
-
Forecasts sales volume and orders products according to forecasts;
-
Carries out negotiations and correspondence with business partners;
-
Investigates the pricing policy, market share, sales activity of competitors and prepares a report to the management on the work done;
-
To put forward new proposals for the development of brands
Requirements:
-
Brand Owners oversee the activities of workers; hire, train and evaluate new employees;
-
Good sales knowledge in the fitness and sport field
-
Ensure that a company or department is on track to meet its financial goals;
-
Financial management. Being able to effectively manage your finances is critical. Implement budgets, prepare reports for senior management and ensure the department complies with company policies;
-
Delegation and time management, project management and planning;
-
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management;
-
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
-
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills;
-
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices;
-
Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets;
-
Fluent written and oral communication skills in Azeri, Russian and English;
-
Proficiency in MS Office,1C;
-
Diplomas and certificates / certificates on economic/ trade profile (desirable)

3 years of experience in Retail field as a Sales manager or similar position;
-
“Hard skills” abilities: analytical attitude of mind, ability to forecast, organizational skills;
