Responsibilities:
Bank management:
- Process payments in cash, bank accounts, and other payment methods;
- Provide payment orders and documents to counterparties;
- Reconcile bank account balance and cash balance at the beginning and end of reporting period;
- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and documented in accounting system;
- Assist in preparing cash payment plan;
- Handle petty cash disbursement, review documents, and maintain records;
- Collaborate with management, colleagues, and other departments to resolve bank-related issues.
Financial reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with local and International accounting standards;
- Provide financial analysis and commentary to headquarter and management;
- Ensure compliance with tax code and regulations.
Financial planning and budgeting:
- Develop and manage the annual budget process according to requirement from headquarter;
- Prepare financial forecasts and projections;
- Monitor budget variances and take corrective actions.
Internal control:
- Establish and maintain effective internal control systems;
- Conduct internal risk assessments;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Tax reporting:
- Calculate all kinds of taxes accurately in accordance with Tax Code and complete periodical tax declarations on time;
- Study tax policies and provide reasonable tax planning suggestions to reduce tax costs, evaluate risks and returns of tax planning schemes;
- Collate and keep tax related documents;
- Maintain close contact with tax authorities, keep abreast of changes and adjustments in tax policies in a timely manner, answer inquires and cooperate with tax inspection and audit.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage the finance team;
- Provide training and development opportunities;
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), or a similar field (preferred).
- Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting;
- Experience in auditing, financial analysis or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoints);
- Knowledge in financial software (e.g., Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, SAP,
- Tableau or other similar tools) as a plus.
- English as a working language, Chinese will be an advantage.
