Job Title: SAP Data Administrator (temporary 3 month contract with possible extension)
Location: Azerbaijan, Onshore
A vacancy has arisen externally for an SAP Data Administrator and is available for Azerbaijani citizens only.
Reporting to the SAP Coordinator, the SAP Data Administrator is responsible for support of the team to ensure continued operability, SAP based maintenance of equipment throughout Turan Drilling operations.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Maintenance of equipment maintenance and inspection strategies and routines in Turan Drilling CMMS
- Support continual improvement of Turan Drilling CMMS by developing, maintaining and optimizing data analyses
- Support global optimization of the level of awareness about the importance, the necessity and the goals of the Turan Drilling CMMS
- Provides support for special duties within the department and organisation as assigned by the SAP Team Leader / Coordinator
- Participates in projects (tasks to be discussed and agreed on separately with Manager)
- Elaboration of guidelines and requirements for Turan Drilling documentation (domestic/ abroad)
- Administration of technical documentation: static papers, technical standards and drawings, spare part lists, operation instructions if required
- Supports SAP Coordinator in the preparation, improvement and optimisation of business processes
- Provides support for special duties within the department and organisation as assigned by the Team Leader
- Following of Business tasks as per given Business Management Systems (BMS)
- Administration of all certificates subject to equipment verification and implement into data processing. Examination of certificates in terms of subject matter and completeness: integrate all data such as pictures, certificates, spare part lists, user manuals, drawings etc. into SAP- System
Key Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of CMMS systems (Maximo, SAP)
- Suitable educational qualification – University Degree
- Recognised Operational Experience/ Management Qualification is recommended
- 1- 3 years’ experience in Maintenance organisation is preferable
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Strong administrative skills.
- Good Oral and Written English skills.
- Experience / knowledge of SAP PM Modules desirable
- Experience of the workings and repair of Drilling Rigs and their equipment desirable.
- Experience of project handling desirable

Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Azerbaijan, Onshore
A future potential vacancy has arisen externally for a Maintenance Coordinator position as part of the Onshore Business Unit and is available for Azerbaijani citizens only.
The Maintenance Coordinator will report to Maintenance Team Leader. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring integrity and correct operation of the Maintenance Management System (Company or client), accurate recording of historical data and system amendments in accordance with procedures.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Company Management System Procedures
- Ensure the integrity and correct operation of both the Turan Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and any Client system that may be in operation, including the upkeep and monitoring of all system hardware
- Ensure all software is maintained up to date in accordance with Company Policy and to implement any amendments as authorised by Senior Management
- Ensure that all existing and new plant equipment is correctly identified, hard stamped and entered into the Turan CMMS System as directed by designated Maintenance Superintendents.
- Ensure that system and data security is adequately maintained in accordance with Company Policy
- Ensure that all existing and new plant equipment is correctly identified, hard stamped and entered into the Turan CMMS Systems, as directed by designated Maintenance Superintendents
- Monitor plant maintenance related computer software/hardware developments and advise management accordingly
- Produce ad-hoc system reports as required
- Shall be proficient in the use of the client AGT Management of Change Procedure, AzSPU-GEN-PRC-001, more specifically the requirements of Section 18 which relates to their tasks.
- Shall be aware and proficient in the use of the Certification Database.
- Shall collate all necessary Maintenance Data on a regular basis for input into Monthly/Yearly Reports.
- Shall attend Turan Maintenance meetings as required and provide input as necessary.
Key Skills/Qualifications:
- Suitable educational qualification – Technical University Degree
- 2-3 years’ experience in an offshore maintenance role.
- Excellent reporting skills, good communication and a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to travel frequently offshore.
- Excellent English skills.
- Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excellent Excel Skills).
- Good Interpersonal skills.
