Main duties:
- Filing Employee records, keeping personnel databases up to date
- Updating and maintaining employee information by entering and updating employment information
- Assisting in maintaining mandatory and optional insurance tracks, logs and updates
- Scheduling and arranging appointments and interviews as required
- Composing correspondence for the HR Department, such as letters, contracts, etc.
- Handling all office administration duties such as mail, phones, photocopying, office supplies, purchase orders
- Assisting with and supporting employee events as appropriate, such as leadership meetings, employee receptions, and annual events
- Prepares Offer Letters and Recognition letters for Internal promotions and transfers
- Managing the Human Resources Information System ensuring data integrity and proper documentation
- Providing support to employees and assisting in resolving issues and problems in various HR related subjects
- Completing termination paperwork according to checklist and employee exit procedure
- Assisting in entertainment activities such as birthdays, staff parties, etc.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of administration experience, preferably within a hotel environment
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English, Russian is preferred
