Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate and coordinate with tourism service providers, ensuring accurate, timely, and responsible information delivery.
- Organize and manage contracts and documents related to group receptions, ensuring consistency between execution and planning.
- Handle various aspects of group reception services to ensure the smooth implementation of travel plans.
Job Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to understand others accurately and express oneself clearly.
- Language Proficiency: Native Azerbaijani speaker; must be proficient in either Russian or English.
- IT Knowledge: Proficiency in common software and office tools, with the ability to resolve everyday technical issues.
- Accuracy in Work: Detail-oriented and meticulous, ensuring error-free execution of tasks.
- No Specific Major or Experience Required: Candidates with strong abilities and good results in studies or projects will be given preference.
