Customer Support Specialist

Job summary:
This position is responsible to work with internal and external customers to learn their problems and needs, as well as to gather detailed information about all customers to increase the satisfaction level of them. Furthermore, customer complaint management is in the scope of this position. Registration of complaints, brainstorming together with related parties (Process, Laboratory, Bagging/Warehouse), root cause analysis implementation, action assignment to solve the problems are included in customer complaint management. Supporting Sales team technically, reporting and monitoring all the internal issues, approving quality certificates of final products are also included in duties of Customer Support Specialist.
Principal responsibilities:
- Monitor all assign cases for customer support and update all activities on company tracking system.
- Organize regular meetings with local customers at their place to learn their concerns, wants and needs.
- Analyze customer issues and develop necessary actions and ensure optimal levels of customer satisfaction to provide appropriate support for same.
- Assist all junior engineers in complex cases and evaluate their experience.
- Maintain accurate customer documents and prepare reports for all issues and resolutions.
- Complaint management, proper investigation actions of complaint causes, preventive and corrective actions within complaint-related parties.
- Develop and maintain customer support documentation (TDS, customer requirements), incl. corporate web-resources
- Participate in development of Product Specification as members of Sales Cross-Functional Team
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Other duties requested by Line Manager
- Check and approve daily production quality of final products.
- Approve lab results accordingly comparing with product quality specifications.
- Daily reporting about PP and HDPE products.
- Informing the lead about specifications of batch results.
- Reporting daily activities of bagging/packaging.
- Handling incoming customer complaints and recording them in database.
- Preparing reports of local/external customer complaints and technical issues.
- Writing investigation reports regarding technical and quality aspects of related divisions and materials.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years of similar experience within petrochemical industry
Language skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani and English
- Good knowledge of Russian is an advantage
Technical skills:
- Big data analysis
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Traning & Education Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field, preferably Chemical Engineering

Maintenance Engineer

Job summary:
Candidate should hold good technical knowledge about equipment performance and failures, asset management, budget control and risk management. Additionally, a good work ethic and strong interpersonal skills are required since the position involves daily contact with customers and end users.
Job duties:
- Report to the Discipline Engineers Team Lead and work under his overall supervision and directions.
- SAP PM Key user- responsible for work management business process and new enhancements, custodian of the existing CMMS functionality, to ensure that all functions and processes are working in a good manner.
- Develop the short, medium- and long-term maintenance plans and schedules with the coordination of business lines and ensure implementation of them;
- Review PMR (Planned Maintenance Routine) content for correctness to ensure activity optimized and reliability and performance of equipment is improved;
- SPA for Maintenance Assessment, perform gap assessment and development plan to complete identified gaps, track progress;
- Contribute to development and improvement of maintenance performance measures;
- Responsible for maintaining equipment history data
- Incorporates close-out and lessons learned from breakdown maintenance into preventive maintenance routines and corrective maintenance where required;
- Reviews, improves and approves maintenance strategy plans for contractors and vendors;
- Supervising engineering and technical staff
- Managing budgets
- Maintaining statistical records
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Creating maintenance procedures
- Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
- Diagnose breakdown problems
- Liaise with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues
- Monitor and control maintenance costs
- Improve health and safety policies and procedures
- Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
- Accountable for delivery of technical decisions and solutions
- Engineer should hold paramount the safety, health, and welfare of the staff.
- Perform services only in areas of their competence.

Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in maintenance/engineering
- Solid understanding of industrial equipment and their parts
- Strong knowledge of maintenance programs and their integration into SAP PM;
- Good knowledge about practical application of Corrective, Predictive and Preventive maintenance strategies
- Knowledge and experience about the usage of tools and techniques used in repair, inspection, and overhaul.
Language Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of English and Azerbaijani
- Good knowledge of Russian is an asset
Technical Skills:
- Relevant technical knowledge (mechanical; instrument; electrical equipment)
- Understanding safety precautions involved while working high powerful electrical equipment
- Solid understanding of control and monitoring devices
Education and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject, such as:
- Electrical and electronic engineering
- Manufacturing engineering
- Mechanical engineering
- Production engineering.
