ERP Project Manager

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible to develop, plan, and implement the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, as well as to determine scope of the project. Addition to that set deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitor progress for the ERP system, evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs; lead the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration.
JOB DUTIES
- Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress for the ERP system
- Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs
- Lead the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration.
- Report to Senior management
- Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
- Other duties requested by Line Manager
REQUIREMENTS
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
- Data analytical skills,
- Good analytical skills
EQUPMENT SKILLS:
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Project, MS Power Point, MS Visio and Excel
- Professional and troubleshooting general IT/peripherals issues

Education and experience
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration or applied science
- Prince2 (Foundation + Practitioner)
- PMP
- ITIL (expert)
- RISK Management
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a lead role
- Previous experience with ERP systems
- Experience in creation and implementation of policies
Language skills
- Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani, English & Russian
