Sea Breeze Resort for the “Nikki Beach” project is looking for Bar Manager
Job’s period: 4 months
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that work performed meets quality control standards in food and service areas;
- Acting as a role model to his team by demonstrating the best possible level of service at all times,
- Regularly checking stock, placing product orders,
- Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction and high-quality product,
- Listening and resolving customer complaints effectively,
- Assist the restaurant manager in the annual budget process and other business forecasting,
- To control cleanliness and sanitary rules in the work process;
- Regularly check that the equipment is fully ready for service, eliminate deficiencies in a timely manner,
- To control the process of registration of orders,
- Controlling inventories,
- Provide staff training, identify development needs, contribute to team training and development,
- Improving the drink menu, ensuring the confidentiality of recipes.
Requirements:
- 5 years of work experience in the relevant field;
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team;
- High communication skills;
- Ability to speak Azerbaijani, Russian and English; English is mandatory;
- 5 working days per week;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office applications

Finance Specialist

Salary: Expectations of the successful candidate will be considered
Department: Finance (Hospitality part)
Work Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time on-site role)
EXPECTED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implementation of all Accounting & Finance and Information Systems Policies & Procedures;
- Implementation of accounting standards to ensure compliance with local government and IFRS regulations;
- Preparation, supervision and approval of monthly journal entries, balance sheet and income statement;
- Assistances to the Director of Finance in the preparation of forecasts covering all activities of the entity;
- Reviews financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports;
- Establishes and maintains financial policies and procedures for the company;
- Reviews, monitors and manages budgets.
EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior work experience in Finance in the Hospitality Industry:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, business accounting field;
- Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis skills;
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance standards in the finance industry;
- Experience with financial software and systems;
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, Azeri & Russian;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills & Accounting/Finance Programs and Opera;
- Knowledge of finance, accounting & legal processes;
- Strong analytical, decision-making, communication skill;
- Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are a plus.
