Sales Representative (EU Business Services)
Responsibilities:
- Searching for new customers
- Explaining the benefits of services they sell to new customers in order to promote and build loyalty to their brand
- Achieving weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual sales targets
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
- Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our services
- Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services
- Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing a daily work schedule to Reporting Manager
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience working in a similar role in the relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Sale
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in Azeri, English and Russian
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Preference will be given to applicants who have worked or has experience in the EU countries
