RNK Insurance Services INC, a U.S.-based insurance company, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Baku.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., 1C, Logo, or similar)
- Understanding of financial reporting, reconciliation, and budgeting
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Russian is a plus
- ACCA qualification/certificates are an advantage
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Salary: 1000 – 1500 AZN NET (depending on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Conduct bank reconciliations and oversee accounts payable/receivable
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities when needed
- Ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with labor-related reporting
- Contribute to internal process improvements and financial control procedures

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
Working Hours:
- Night shift only (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, aligned with U.S. time zones)
- Full-time position
Salary & Benefits: 1000 – 1500 AZN NET (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide clear and accurate information about insurance services, policies, and procedures

- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain a calm, courteous, and service-oriented tone, even in challenging situations
- Collaborate with other departments such as claims, billing, and underwriting
