Job description:
- Management of Human resources processes in an international company
- Recruitment, termination, job change, training, etc. implementation of organizational work, which includes human resources procedures;
- Coordination and management of recruitment, training, salary processes;
- Improvement and implementation of human resources regulations;
- Implementation and management of the recruitment process in accordance with the approved rules;
- Providing appropriate support and recommendations to department heads regarding the recruitment of new employees;
- Conducting interviews and, if necessary, participating in interview stages;
- Participation in the writing and updating of job instructions and organization of this process;
- Organization and implementation of service activity assessment (KPI, target, evaluation) process;
- Organization, conduct and supervision of relevant trainings for staff;
- Controlling daily, weekly, monthly attendance;
- Controlling the calculation of wages and monthly bonuses of employees and organizing this process;
- Human resources budget management;
- Establishment of regular relations with the international and head office of the company;
- To participate in Human resources projects organized by the head office;
- Internal discipline control;
- Provision of administrative support;
- Ensuring compliance of the company's international rules with domestic legislation;
- Monitoring the legality of documents related to employment, termination, change of position;
- Conclusion and change of labor contracts, as well as job control with the Electronic Government portal;
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in function;
- Demanding, persuasive, presentation, problem-solving skills, complex approach to issues
- Strong problem-solving, active listening skills, organizational and time management skills;
- The ability to manage multi-task effectively and interact in the organization;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is a plus.)
- Working knowledge of MS Suite;
- Availability of related certificates is beneficial;
