Leading HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations based on Labor Code of Azerbaijan
- Assistance on recruitment process; (the interviews and selection process)
- Recruitment and termination of the employees in EMAS.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is important).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR and contract negotiations.
- Salary : 1200-1500 AZN
