Accounts Payable Specialist

The successful candidate will:
- Keep track and process accounts and outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts payable data.
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies and preparation of reconciliation acts.
- Insuring timely payment of the vendors’ invoices.
- Communications with vendors;
- Monthly check of vendors’ balances.
- Generate internal and external reports detailing accounts payable status.
- Monthly payroll preparation and calculation.
- Working with internal financial programs SUN, iPower and etc;
- Work with Electronic Tax systems.
- Accounting of fixed assets, including initiation/preparation of primary documents, making records for acquisition and disposal.
- Review and post staff expense reports in the Accounting System.
- Work closely with other PwC territories.
- Assist in preparation for Intern and External Audit reviews.
- Assist to Finance Manager and Chief Accountant in preparation of monthly reports.
What we are looking for
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
- Proven working experience as accounts payable clerk for not less than 2 years.
- Knowledge of Electronic Tax Systems.
- Experience in Payroll Calculation.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations;
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records;
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (Proficiency in in MS Office and Google);
- Communication skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
- Upper - Intermediate English.
