Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree;

Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience;
• Proven experience in healthcare/fitness/business management.

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to synthesize and analyze information for actionable strategic directions;
• Excellent active listening skills;
• Ability to extract key information  to solve problems;
• Experience in scaling products;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse individuals and groups. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Azerbaijani;
• Previous experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Represent organization’s interests during meetings, events, and conversations with partners.
• Translate high-level proposals into tangible and practical work plans.
• Manage activities, contracts, and sub-contracts to ensure compliance.
• Play a leadership role in the branding, promotion, and marketing of Precor.
• Managing key customers directly.
• Be able to succeed and thrive in an environment with competing and changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Have track records of and ability to build solid collaborative working relationships.
