Working Days and Hours: 40 hours/weekly, 5 days/weekly, 12:00-21:00 (Baku time, 1 hr. break).
Agreement Type and Pay: Service agreement with the US office, 1000-1500 AZN (NET)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of human resource functions such as staffing, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, and other HR activities. As a key member of our HR team, you will ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
A high level of proficiency in the English language is a requirement for this position, as the successful candidate will be required to effectively communicate with international team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment processes such as posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Create various HR-related documents, such as procedures, job descriptions, agreements, and other related materials to ensure that HR policies and practices are properly communicated and documented.
- Manage and implement the onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation, training, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and counseling employees on workplace issues.
- Administer employee benefit programs ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Conduct compensation analyses to ensure competitive pay rates and manage the performance appraisal process.
- Calculating bonuses based on performance.
- Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Organize and coordinate various motivational activities for staff, aimed at promoting employee engagement, job satisfaction, and team building within the organization.
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
- General knowledge employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English (required).
- Good communication skills in German (desired).

Sales Representative (night shift)

Working Days and Hours: 40 hours/weekly, 5 days/weekly, 18:00-2:00 (Baku time)
Agreement Type and Pay: Service agreement with the US office, 1500-2500 AZN (NET) plus bonuses based on the performance.
Benefits: Taxi costs will be covered by the company.

Job Summary:
The customer service/sales representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs and communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department. You must be positive, energetic, and driven to be successful in a challenging and rewarding environment. You must be flexible and able to adjust to the quick and demanding changes of the business. You must be an excellent communicator with excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving skills. You must be able to work well in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, e-mails, messages, provide the fast and correct information to incoming customers’ inquiries.
- Make phone calls based on the received customers’ inquiries, register the customers’ details, and create shipping labels, convert the leads to the customers.
- Record call logs in Salesforce CRM.
- Follow up with the customers to achieve the greatest number of converted customers.
- Prepare and submit quotes, negotiate the price, and collect payments.
- Submit shipping labels to the customers and schedule their visits to the office
- Work closely with the accounting and technical departments to resolve different issues, including disputes.
- Provide timely feedback to the management team regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Utilize all resources and tools to troubleshoot and diagnose customers’ issues.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Collect testimonials from the customers.
- Schedule the data verification process and assist during the process as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Superb communication skills, written and verbal in English.
- The ideal candidate has native level American English with a background in technology and sales management and should live (study or work) in the US for at least 1 year.
- Good speed typing skills on QWERTY keyboard.
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and CRM software.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks efficiently without direction.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a customer service (or similar) role or sales is a must.
- Strong work ethic, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work night shifts.
