Job description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Income Auditor to join our PIK Palace and Park Chalet Autograph Collection Hotels; some of the key duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Main duties:
- To perform all duties determined by Finance Director for specific area of work.
- To check, confirm and update daily revenue for all departments and statistical data and to distribute daily revenue report.
- To check all rebates that have been posted and distribute report for signature and control to Excom/Department heads, to check all voided and discounted checks.
- To ensure that all guest folios and Micros checks have been given for checking.
- To perform regular house bank audit for all cashiers.
- To check all room rate discrepancy report and send it to Finance Director for review.
- To check all daily Officer/Entertainment checks and produce summary report.
- To properly maintain documentation from its field of work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- At least 1 years of work experience in relevant position Finance
- Strong process and planning mindset
- Organized and focused on delivery to deadlines
- Structured and process driven approach to work
- Proficiency, at an intermediate level, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Excel, Opera PMS and Micros
- Proficiency in Azeri and English
- Strong Communication skill
