Role Synopsis:
Reporting to Transformation director holder of this high-profile role will provide a comprehensive support in leading and managing all aspects of work associated with delivery of group-wide projects in close cooperation with business leaders and partners (C-level) across the organizations for the Pasha Management Company (PMC) and assets.
Key Accountabilities:
- Managing/coordinating strategic planning process with businesses and corporate center;
- Supporting businesses on business analytics works to deliver strategic planning outputs and targets;
- Collaborating with businesses in the execution of functional and cross-functional strategic projects;
- Conducting post-project evaluation/assessment reviews and identifying critical insights and lessons learned;
- Liaising with Functions and PASHA Management Companies to gather necessary information for leadership meetings, committees and boards;
- Leading preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports and presentations on strategic planning;
- Collecting relevant data and assisting teams in preparation of monthly reports and reporting to stakeholders;
- Maintaining document management for all projects related documentation;
- Supporting PMC leadership on various initiatives and tasks.
Required background:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field. Project Management education is an advantage;
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification would be advantageous;
- 7+ years of experience in managing various projects within the business environments, mainly in Project Management/Strategy and related fields.
- Experience in analytics of different kind of data and information streams is an advantage.
Required skills:
- Ability to think at a strategic level while simultaneously keeping daily activity under control;
- Strong analytical skills that would enable the person to act as a change agent;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Possess a high diplomatic and professional attitude towards managing interpersonal relationships with people at all levels;
- Detail-oriented and self-organized;
- Excellent skills to balance key priorities;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially – Excel and PowerPoint);
- Good knowledge of English and Azerbaijani languages (both verbal and written);
- Ability to understand and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
