Tax and Reporting Specialist

Tax and Reporting Specialist is mainly in charge of company’s tax planning, compliance, preparing quarterly and annual tax provisions and preparing Budgets and different type of financial reports.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support month end closing
- Preparation of supporting agreements, databases, dashboards for IFRS reporting.
- Support management reporting; monthly, quarterly, interim and annual reporting;
- Preparation and Reviewing of Monthly Management Reports, Budgets and Forecasts of Group Companies.
- Completion of day-to-day tax related tasks
- Calculation of tax liabilities on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and also on a transactional basis
- Preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly reports, as well as assistance in preparation of annual reports to the Ministry of Taxes
- Arrangement for regular communication with the accounting department as well as other departments for performance of job duties
- Performance of tax analysis of the accounting data for assigned entities and to ensure on acceptable level of their compliance with the statutory tax legislation.
- Dealing with different financial and accounting issues.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other related business disciplines preferable
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting /tax/ accounting
- Good knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel (high level), and PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills: critical thinking skills with the ability to independently solve problems
- Extensive experience in audit
- Knowledge of regulations and guidelines.

Procurement Specialist

Procurement Specialist is responsible for building vendor relationships to secure the best prices on products for PASHA Malls.
Key Accountabilities:
- Providing support to Procurement Department on day-to-day activities.
- Dealing with Pasha Malls consolidated procurement requirements, being a single point of contact for all Ongoing liaison with Originators on a subject matter and Contract post- award management requirements as and when needed.
- Handling Pasha Malls centralized AVL (approved vendor list) processes.
- Administrating of procurement platform and consulting end- users on ongoing activities.
- Participating and facilitating Pasha Malls’ Procurement consolidation processes (within Demand Plan of Consolidated Opportunity formation).
- Meetings with the related parties to ensure alignment of procurement policies, procedures and processes are favourable.
- Work closely with end-users to understand details of procurement requirements.
- Managing daily, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Analyse, evaluate and coordinate with line manager on the issues related to procurement activities.
- Manage new supplier pre-qualification process.
- Develop mechanisms and metrics to track supplier performance related to delivery, quality, and cost.
- Conducts product and vendor research for goods and services to determine price trends, availability, alternative products and potential future problems or opportunities.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor / master’s degree in Technical, Engineering, Finance, Economics or any other-related studies;
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in procurement roles with similar capacity.
- Experience handling technical category/ discipline related procurement for at least 2-3 years.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels and influence others to achieve results.
- Strong verbal and writing skills in Azerbaijani and English (min. Upper Intermediate).
- Experience in consolidated tenders (identification of scope consolidation opportunity, scope consolidation and delivery date coordination with stakeholders and consolidated tender execution)
- Experience in supplier performance management and customer management
- Experience in supplier selection (pre-qualification), service execution performance analysing, suppliers’ development
- CIPS certificate is plus.
- Proven negotiation, conflict resolution, and management skills
- Show proven results-oriented skills working under pressure.
- Ability to quickly build strong rapport and relationships with internal process partners and suppliers.
- Striving for high customer satisfaction work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

Deputy Operation Manager

Deputy Operation Manager will be responsible for managing different activities making sure the shopping centre operations works properly.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the mall's overall operational problems, including its physical management, security and safety, housekeeping, building maintenance and equipment.
- Handle the day-to-day operations in the mall ensuring operations are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet all tenant and guest requirements.
- General upkeep of all areas inside & outside of the mall and realize the responsibilities he/she is assigned.
- Monitor and supervise all operation team, security & cleaning staff, and all related third-party personnel to deliver high performance under performance follow up system.
- Monitor and supervise guest Info Desk for highest level service quality to tenants and guests.
- Being available on the site, addressing all problems immediately as they arise, take precautionary actions and inform upper management.
- Promote and adhere to Pasha Malls Values & Behaviours, Code of Ethics, Gifts & Entertainment and other company policies and procedures.
- Other duties assigned by Mall Manager and Operation Manager.
Essential Criteria:
- Diploma in business administration, marketing, commerce, management, finance or similar.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Work, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in hospitality or guest services field
- Excellent guest service and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively interface with personnel at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative details, and routine day-to-day issues independently, assuming responsibility without direct supervision
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skill.
- Working well as part of a bigger team, but also be able to deliver and work independently.
