Role Synopsis:
Info Desk Assistant (Receptionist) is responsible for providing the shopping center guests with needed information, informing them about the new campaigns, helping guests to feel themselves like home.
Key Accountabilities:
- Greet and direct guests upon arrival, provide them with the information they need and answer other questions as best they can;
- Provide shopping center guests with information brochures.
- Identify interested and qualified guests in order to provide them with additional information.
- Acting as a spokeswoman for the event, coordinating with organizers, other staff members or featured guests – such as managers, artists, and caterers, and mingling among the crowd to make sure the event is on track and people are enjoying themselves.
- Deal directly with guests either by telephone, e-mail, or face to face.
- Respond promptly to guests’ inquiries.
- Handle and resolve guests’ complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Manage the issue of lost car parking tickets.
- Preparation of daily base reports (lost and found, work permit list etc.)
Essential Criteria:
- Good guest service and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively interface with personnel at all levels.
- Strong work ethic
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skill.
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative details, and routine day-to-day issues independently, assuming responsibility without direct supervision
- Working well as part of a bigger team, but also be able to deliver and work independently.
- Being self-disciplined: high level of adherence to the company requirements, such as code of conduct, dress code, etc.

MEP Engineer

Role Synopsis:
MEP Engineer is responsible for planning and design in the field of MEP practice, including developing policies, standards, along with preparing, reviewing drawings, specification for MEP.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the retail MEP project review and delivery process.
- Technical review of MEP project in DWG files, firefighting, heating-cooling, plumbing, etc.
- Prepare design, spec and BOQ for revision works of the buildings which are under operation.
- Good follow-up the inspection agenda in buildings.
- Auditing of fit-out activities of the buildings which tenants/customer are under construction.
- Daily routine check & control and report of the tenant’s activities.
- Witnessing of testing commissioning works of new upcoming projects.
- Doing inspections and preparing snag lists of new upcoming and ongoing projects.
- Check the final project & test reports of each abovementioned fit-out activities of each building
- Managing communications with the customer/tenant.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electromechanics
- Good planning skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical, construction, and/or maintenance sector
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
- Good knowledge of English language
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent knowledge in MEP, construction and/or maintenance sector.
- Good technical knowledge of construction works
- Good knowledge of international standards such as NFPA, ASHRAE BS, IBC, ASME, ISO, IEC, etc.
- Carrier HAP knowledge would be an advantage
- Good technical knowledge of heating-cooling and related flushing and balancing activities. Ventilation and air balancing, smoke extraction, firefighting, FM200, domestic wastewater and rain water, natural gas distribution and BMS systems and ability to create test procedures for them
- Able to create design, spec and BOQ.
- Able to do witness of testing commissioning works of upcoming new building projects,
- Able to do handover process and create handover snagging list
- Good organizing skills, communication, and interpersonal skills, flexible, work ethics, attention to detail and reliable
