Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing all technical works in shopping center ensuring the technical services are provided properly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with existing tenants to engender good customer relationships, on‐ going client care and the servicing of their complaints.
- Ensuring high standards of presentation and maintenance throughout the building. A planned shopping Center regime and scenario should be operational.
- Ensuring facilities are working on high efficiency energy standards.
- Be fully familiar with all property appliances and service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Legislation and all other general legislation. Carry out all statutory tests that are required e.g. Fire alarm testing.
- Supervising and motivating staff, ensuring that workloads are appropriate, and quality of work is acceptable.
- Carry out regular reviews and arrange training as necessary. Provide training on site, as appropriate.
- Review expenditure and achieve cost savings where possible, whilst maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
- Manage the daily activities, roles, and responsibilities of contract construction inspectors so projects are completed successfully, and objectives are achieved.
- To inspect on a daily basis all building areas and building premises to ensure the cleanliness and ensure that all standards are maintained
- Support in creating and managing annual technical budget
- Control and proper management of the technical warehouse.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree with technical background (preferably electrical/mechanical)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical management field at shopping centres, hotels, hospitals etc.
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office
- Experienced in retail construction industry and technical service
- Work flexible in schedule.
- Good technical knowledge of heating‐cooling and related flushing and balancing activities
- High level of technical knowledge and diagnosis skills in a Shopping Center maintenance environment and technical facilities.
- Ventilation and air balancing, smoke extraction, fire Fighting, FM200, domestic waste water and rain water, natural gas distribution and BMS systems.
- Knowledge of MV, emergency power distribution, LV distribution, lighting and related Automation, low current, fire alarm, CCTV, PA, card access, telephone data systems, automated billing system and ability to create a project inspection procedure for them.

- Able to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Excellent problem‐solving skills
- Able to work as part of a team and self‐motivated
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, understand project spec.
