A Senior Legal Specialist is responsible for providing expert legal counsel, overseeing complex legal matters, and ensuring regulatory compliance within an organization, often involving contract negotiations, litigation management, and legal strategy development.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing contracts concluded with the company's customers, partners, and suppliers to identify legal risks and, when necessary, preparing new contracts
- Addressing inquiries and questions related to the legal aspects of the company's operations;
- Conducting compliance investigations of new investment products and services in accordance with applicable legislation;
- Representing the company in legal matters when dealing with third parties;
- Ensuring the smooth organization of board meetings and the efficient functioning of committees;
- Actively participating in the planning process for board meetings and committee activities;
- Managing the information flow related to Management Board meetings and committee activities;
- Providing employees with the necessary materials for board meetings and committee activities;
- Organizing the management process of the protocols related to board meetings and committee activities;
- Assigning tasks to committee secretaries regarding committee activities and monitoring their progress;
- Preparing reports in accordance with the guidelines established by the direct supervisor;
- Executing written and verbal instructions from the direct supervisor.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law;
- Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the financial sector;
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel;
- Strong communication skills;
- Fluency in both English and Azerbaijani; proficiency in Russian is preferable.

Responsibilities:
- Leading the team of portfolio managers and researches, including team members selection, adaptation, training and development;

A Trader is responsible for buying and selling financial instruments, commodities, or other assets on behalf of a financial institution or individual clients to capitalize on market trends and maximize profits.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct out operations on the Baku Stock Exchange and over-the-counter and control post-trade settlements (purchase and sale of securities on behalf of clients);
- To conduct transactions on the Baku Stock Exchange and on-counter transactions and control post-trade payments (trading of securities on behalf of customers);
- Conducting and negotiating money market transactions (repo and reverse repo transactions with securities);
- To handle all customer queries (domestic or foreign securities market), research, analyze and advise on local and global fixed return securities, money, stock and commodity markets in order to perform the most appropriate transactions for customers and the company;
- Arrange meetings to analyze customer data and attract new customers;
- Market information described by the Baku Stock Exchange to regularly inform customers of upcoming tenders;
- Regular analysis of the company's investment portfolio and the execution of portfolio management activities (shopping transactions);
- Fulfilling other functions due to work tasks.
Requirements:
- B.A. degree in finance, economics;
- At least 2 years experience in this field (experience in investment services sector is a preference);
- Knowledge of the securities market and the activities of the Investment Company;
- License / Certificate: Preference is given to holders of Qualification Certificate issued by the supervisory authority, Authorized Trader Certificate issued by the Baku Stock Exchange, CFA (desirable);
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian. Ability to professionaly handle communication in these languages;
- Professional MS Office programs knowledge;
- Responsibility, efficiency and decision-making ability.
