Workplace: Plant in Balakhani
Condition: The Plant site area
Working hours from 8:00 to 17:00 for 5 days in a week (Monday to Friday)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical field
- Technical bachelor’s degree
- At least intermediate level in English
Key responsibilities
- Conducts mechanical maintenance of all machines and equipment in the Plant. Checks them periodically to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Contribute as an effective team member.
Job description:
- Performs mechanical repair work during the day.
- Performs assembly and disassembly tasks.
- Maintains and repairs pumps used in the plant.
- Performs metal construction tasks and tests the installed structures.
- Repairs mechanical parts of bridge cranes and conveyors.
- Repairs, replaces, and cleans grates in the furnace.
- Maintains and repairs vibration motors.
- Repairs and cleans lime pumps, air, and steam pumps.
- Inspects and repairs hydraulic cylinders and related equipment.
- Inspects and repairs ash crushing tanks (crasher).
- Maintains and repairs all types of valves.
- Performs preventive maintenance on air compressors.
- Conducts general mechanical inspections at the plant.
- Performs preventive maintenance of forklifts and lifting baskets.
