Construction Project Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractors effectively
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards in construction
- Fluent in Azerbaijani; proficiency in English and Russian
- PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and methodological leadership for the project, ensuring that all tasks and phases are implemented in a defined sequence and in accordance with quality standards.
- Manage individual projects effectively, monitor their status, and ensure timely and successful completion; engage additional departments or resources when necessary.
- Conduct task allocation within the project framework, assign specific duties to team members, and supervise the execution of assigned tasks.
- Identify potential issues in the project implementation process in advance and take necessary measures to prevent or resolve them promptly.
- Ensure proper planning and efficient utilization of human and technical resources; monitor the execution of the project within the approved budget and timeline.
- Identify project-related risks, assess their impact, and develop and implement a risk management plan to mitigate them.
- Ensure the organization of labor in compliance with existing legal and regulatory requirements during the design of new projects, development of technological processes, and reconstruction of existing construction sites.
- During the project planning phase, analyze reports to identify risks and potential errors related to workload, financial requirements, and final projections; take appropriate corrective actions.
- Prepare the main project plan, budget, and work schedule; revise them when necessary and ensure compliance; provide periodic reports to management regarding progress.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports and ensure timely communication of updates to all stakeholders and relevant parties.
- Verify compliance of all materials and equipment used within the project with technical specifications, conduct necessary tests, collect samples, review warranty documents and manuals, and submit required documents to management for approval.
- Organize and maintain all correspondence, contracts, protocols, reports, and other project-related documentation systematically within the scope of job responsibilities.
- Ensure the implementation of the project in accordance with the approved budget, timeline, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Develop and apply action plans to monitor and forecast project progress.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with local and international partner organizations, contractors, and government agencies; conduct official correspondence and participate in meetings.
- Contribute to the preparation and implementation of strategic plans aligned with the overall objectives to ensure successful project completion.
- Monitor compliance with labor safety, environmental protection, and sanitary-epidemiological regulations during construction activities.
Working Conditions:
- Work schedule: 6 days a week
- Salary: 4000+ AZN
- Work location: Baku
