Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Create and publish job ads in various portals;
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees;
- Finding new sources for getting applications;
- Sorting the CVs and keeping CV database for future opportunities;
- Screen resumes and job applications;
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates;
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive);
- Handling employee document administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Solid work experience as a Recruitment role;
- Minimum 2 years, preferably experience in Hospitality sector;
- Experience utilizing social media, to source candidates;
- high level of MS Excel knowledge;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
- Presentation skills;
- outstanding communication and interviewing skills;
- project and time management skills;
- analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
