Leading Learning and Development Specialist

Responsibilities:
- To develop onboarding and employee training and development processes;
- To carry out training needs assessment by creating and managing efficient learning strategies and programs;
- To evaluate efficiency of development plans and to maximize learning opportunities for employees;
- To create and deliver presentations required for employee training and development, oversee training-related administrative work;
- To control company’s training budget;
- To fulfill tasks and requirements of management in a timely and appropriate manner;
Qualification and experience required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Humanities or related fields;
- Proven experience of minimum 3-4 years as an L&D Lead;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, good knowledge of English and Russian
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
- Certifications in human resource management or training and development are desirable.
Other skills:
- Efficient management and decision making skills;
- Strong communication skills, fluent and clear speech delivery and presentation skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively and to work individually and in a team;
- Analytical thinking ability and creativity;
- General knowledge of corporate governance and internal control processes;
- HSE awareness and compliance with rules of internal discipline, fire safety and ability to use safety equipment, should need be.
Working conditions:
- 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00;
- Medical insurance;
- Corporate number.
