Head of the Credit products direction

Tasks:
- Ensure the implementation of the plan for the group of product loans for individuals (payment in installments, installments, etc.).
- Ensure the profitability of the group of products;
- Preparation of presentations and reports for regular meetings;
- Monitoring of changes in the legislative framework, preparation of proposals to change the parameters of the group of credit products;
- Analysis of the market of credit products and competitors;
- Work with partners (negotiations, document flow);
- Development, optimization and automation of business processes related to the supervised product group;
- Identification, regular review, analysis and preparation of proposals for product improvement;
- Creation and approval of requirements, presentation and security of requirements to stakeholders and the development team;
- Up-to-date product documentation support;
- Analysis, preparation and security of the product CRI to interested parties.
Required skills:
- 4+ years of experience in the banking sector/ fintech / e-com;
- Proven experience in the development of products in the field of financial services;
- Experience in creating a product road map, coordination of all aspects between the main teams;
- Experience in writing business documentation (BRD, presentations, BPMN schemes, etc.);
- Experience in developing business models, financial models;
- Experience in product analytics;
- Understanding Scrum principles;
- Understanding of customer experience in the banking segment (both offline and online);
- Ability to build relationships with both business and technical teams;
- Strong analytical abilities;
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
