We are looking for a motivated, experienced and skilled Oracle DBA with 5+ years of relevant professional experience who wants to join our new DBA team to manage hundreds of Oracle databases.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of the Oracle database system lifecycle, database maintenance, support, configuration, upgrades and performance tuning
- Working with other DB Engineers
- Close cooperation with other teams on various projects
Requirments:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with Oracle 12C+ mission-critical databases
- Advanced Knowledge on Data Guard, Grid Infrastructure, Real Application Clusters and ASM
- Advanced knowledge on RMAN backup and recovery
- Experience with performing upgrades of the database to new release levels
- Experience with database optimization and SQL tuning
- Experience with OEM CC 13
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal/teaming skills in a highly collaborative environment
- Self-driven, self-motivated, proactive, and responsible
- Customer-oriented minded
- Knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux, Solaris)
- DevOps basics is a plus
