Role Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Affairs & Communications Intern to support our team in Azerbaijan. This internship offers hands-on experience in corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs. You will contribute to projects that enhance our company’s reputation, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure consistent messaging across internal and external channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
- Support planning and execution of corporate events, community initiatives, and stakeholder meetings.
- Monitor local and regional media coverage; prepare daily/weekly media reports.
- Conduct research on industry trends, policy developments, and competitor activities.
- Help maintain internal communication platforms (Workvivo, employee updates).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging.
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Affairs & Communications team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is a plus).
- Interest in corporate affairs, public policy, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital communication tools is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
