Role Overview:
IMPERIAL LOGISTICS, is fast growing freight forwarding company in the International Logistics company, is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented “Title Handle Documentation” to optimize our daily logistics operations. This role is critical for ensuring that all transactions involving vehicle titles are handled correctly, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable laws, thereby minimizing risks for the organization and its clients.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of title documents for vehicles being purchased, sold, or transferred.
- Verify the authenticity of titles, including checking for liens, ownership, and any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., sales, logistics, legal) to collect and manage all necessary documentation associated with titles.
- Oversee import/export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and local laws.
- Booking Documentation process
- Directly working with Vessel lines
- Making documents’ receipts
- Billing of loadings
- Ensure all title documentation complies with local, state, and federal regulations and laws.
- Process title applications and transfers, including submitting necessary forms to the appropriate government bodies.
- Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and warehouse operators to secure favorable terms.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding title status, requirements, and any issues that may arise during the process.
- Maintain organized records of all title documents, transactions, and communications for future reference and auditing purposes.
- Address and resolve any issues related to titles, including lost titles, discrepancies in documentation, and delays.
Requirements
- A degree in business, logistics, or a related field may be preferred
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in title handling, legal documentation, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, import/export regulations, and international freight operations.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Familiarity with local and state title regulations and procedures.
- Ability to address and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple titles and documents simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and authorities.
- Experience with ERP systems and logistics management software is preferred;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Working conditions:
- Location: Baku city
- Sector: International Logistics of Containers from Country to Country
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 working days per week;

This role is essential for ensuring efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution of materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness and compliance with industry standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials.
- Manage and optimize transportation routes, warehouse operations, and inventory control to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with global agents, truckers, shipping lines, airlines and customs authorities to ensure smooth shipment processing.
- Oversee import/export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and local laws.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Collaborate with customers’ procurement, sales, and project teams to align logistics plans with business needs.
- Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and warehouse operators to secure favorable terms.
- Address and resolve logistical challenges, including delays, damages, and supplier issues.
- Ensure all logistics activities adhere to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics operations, performance trends, and cost analysis to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics, supply chain, or transportation management;
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, import/export regulations, and international freight operations.
- Fluent spoken and written English skills;
- Experience with ERP systems and logistics management software is preferred;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Working conditions:
- Location: Baku city
- Sector: International Logistics of Containers from Country to Country
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 working days per week;
- Working hours: 3 p.m. – 02 a.m. (at the office and online)
- Lunch time in the office – 1 hour

Role Overview:
IMPERIAL LOGISTICS, is fast growing freight forwarding company in the International Logistics company, is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Sales Specialist to optimize our daily logistics operations.
Main responsibilities:
- Study the products, the main market trends and customers’ needs
- Work based on the company’s sales procedure
- Collaborate with major car buyers.
- Establish a client database CRM system within the Company and attract client attention
- Make appointments and conduct oral/written communications with shortlisted corporate clients
- Apply high-level corporate know-how to win customers and sign contracts
- Support the Operations Team with useful information about the corporate customers’ background and working principles
- Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer experience
- Suggest sales process improvements, if required
- Assist the team with any issues that might arise regarding legal/billing/service paperwork
- Prepare and submit reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Requirements
- At least 2 years work experience as a Sales or service specialist in corporate sales sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Experience in working with documents and agreements
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, good knowledge of English and Russian
