Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, serving as the main point of contact for their telecommunication needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models, goals, and challenges to offer relevant solutions.
- Handle contract negotiations and renewals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales and Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing and potential enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Present customized solutions, including voice, data, cloud, and IoT services, to clients.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with technical teams to design and implement tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create value-driven proposals and presentations.
Market and Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ offerings.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to align solutions with market demand.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare sales forecasts, account updates, and performance reports for management review.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage trends to identify upsell opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or telecommunication solutions.
Skills and Competencies
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and customer insights.
- Knowledge of telecommunication services, including data, cloud, and IoT solutions, is highly desirable.
Technical Proficiency
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with technical and operational aspects of telecom solutions is a plus.
Personal Attributes
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Language Skills
- Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and verbal) is required to communicate effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
