Responsibilities:
- Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing the front office department, ensuring high levels of team engagement.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and development.
- Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service, creating positive and memorable experiences.
- Oversee daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and room assignments.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, engineering) to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and review daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
- Innovate ways to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems, particularly Opera and Micros (preferred).
- Strong supervisory and managerial skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Language skills: Azerbaijani, English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Additional education in hospitality is a plus
