Marketing Analytics Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Work under the direction of a marketing manager to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives
- Preparation of sales dashboards and requested reports, collecting data
- Search for, identify and analyze reports for trends, anomalies and stories to provide valuable insight
- Carry out marketing researches & analyze marketing performance data
- Preparation and analyzing of surveys and questionnaires
- Preparation of presentations and requested marketing materials
- Preparation of materials for vendors’ reports, coordinating compensations
- Preparation and implementation of mailings
- Preparation and coordinating of promo campaigns, online and offline events
- Communication with suppliers, searching for best offers, making orders and coordinating payment process
- Control of outsource services
- Implementation of internal business processes(1C)
- Daily communication with partners and vendors on current projects
- Research latest marketing trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in related field, preferable IT and consumer electronics fields
- High level of analytical skills and attention to details
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel program is a must
- Experienced user of Microsoft Power Point & Adobe Photoshop
- Basic skills in graphic design programs is advantage(Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator)
- Creative thinking and creative approach
- Open-mindedness
- Fluent language skills(writing/speaking) in Azerbaijani and Russian, knowledge of English
- Time management and planning skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
