Salary: 1000-1500 AZN based on experience

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to primary and middle school students, with a possibility of teaching grades 1-8. Familiarity with international curriculums like IB and Cambridge is essential. The candidate must be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to primary students, ensuring alignment with IB and Cambridge curriculum standards.
- Develop and implement a variety of instructional techniques and resources to meet students' varying needs and interests.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to guide their development.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student achievement and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of teaching experience, preferably within an international curriculum setting (IB, Cambridge).
- Fluency in both English is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of primary education best practices and pedagogical techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with integrating technology into the classroom to enhance learning.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
