Administrative Control Specialist

What we are looking for:

The role will involve:
- Supporting research and analysis projects
- Working with Risk Management System
- Using internal software for completing leave requests, expense reports on behalf of employees and other administrative tasks
- Scheduling and holding regular team meetings
- Handling administrative part of internal client acceptance and registering procedures
- Assisting in preparation of contracts
- Assisting Department staff with other administrative requests
- Coordination of the project effectiveness
- Preparation of budget plan and analysis of financial results
- Preparation and issuance of invoices; Billing Instructure Reporting
Requirements:
- University diploma
- Advanced written and spoken Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Ability to thrive in an environment of pressing deadlines and dynamic conditions and work under pressure
- High degree of self-motivation and strong career aspirations
