Role overview:
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Specialist to strengthen our marketing team, who will be playing a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of trade marketing activities across sales channels, and also bridge the gap between marketing strategies and in-store execution, ensuring that campaigns and promotions are effectively delivered to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance.
What You'll be doing:
- Launch, execute, and close trade marketing activities end-to-end across retail and field channels;
- Plan and implement POSM support and commercial equipment placement in retail outlets;
- Maintain financial, budgetary, and project reporting;
- Prepare analytical inputs and post-activity evaluations to measure effectiveness and ROI;
- Prepare claims for damaged equipment and ensure timely write-off of unserviceable assets;
- Conduct field audits at retail points to assess execution and effectiveness.
What we’re looking for:
- Higher education (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Management);
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing, preferably in FMCG in a similar role;
Skills:
- Strong analytical and project management skills;
- Deep understanding of the 4P marketing mix and sales channels;
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF, PivotTables) and PowerPoint.
- Upper-Intermediate English, Russian is an advantage;
- Strong communication skills (ethics in business communication, negotiation and presentation, decision-making, objections handling, teamwork, drive for results, teaching skills and trainability);
