Supply Chain Planner

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning of materials and FG according to Stock Holding Policy
- Creating shipment plan to ensure availability of materials and products
- Uploading shipments in system (SAP APO)
- Monitoring and controlling stock duration and meeting production schedules
- Implementing new systems and processes to improve supply chain efficiency and cost savings
- Coordinating with other departments (sales, marketing, finance) to align supply chain with company strategies
- Analyzing data from shipping and delivery processes to identify bottlenecks and issues
- Evaluating and reporting on KPIs
- Coordinating logistics and ensuring all documentation is in place
- Presenting in key meetings with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and a technical bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of experience in planning/supply chain within FMCG sector (mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain management tools (SAP)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced knowledge of English, Russian, Azerbaijani
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
